Unexpected views and warm service

The fine view from my room was amazing! Every morning, I enjoyed my coffee while soaking in the vivid landscape. The staff were pretty good too ensure my stay was pleasant.

Unfortunately, the rooftop bar was closed , disappointing. The pool area looked a little neglected, and I'd hoped for a more inviting atmosphere.

this hotel is deluxe, with special atmosphere and favourable location in the middle of jackson. i have stayed in an a twin room with climate control and flat-screen tv. the point is mountain view was an unexpected bonus. understanding, amicable staff, thanks a lot for treating me so well.

It's amazing base for sightseeing and exploring Xilitla. Overall the staff is very very nice and accommodating.

Rooftop bar not functional!!! The pool area could use some attention!!! Parking lot is steep and challenging to navigate!!! A/C could be colder, and the ceiling fan was not operational!!!

The room offered fine views, made my mornings special, sipping coffee while gazing at the landscape. I appreciated how clean everything was and the helpful receptionist made checking in easy. The AC was decent, though it could have been colder. I found myself a bit warm at times. The hot water pressure in the shower was fantastic. The rooftop bar was closed, and I missed that option. The parking lot was quite steep, made navigating in and out a little tricky. A good value for the price.

The view was amazing, nice pool, super central location. Great for family time! Roof terrace vibes were perfect!

It was a strong match for one night in Xilitla with great value. The hot water pressure was fantastic, making showers enjoyable. Bring some snacks since the food options are limited.

Overall, can't complain about this place. the hotel has a nice vibe and the staff are super friendly. Room comes with AC, flat-screen TV, and the location is top-notch. Breakfast spread is impressive with lots of tasty options. 👍

The rooms had air conditioning which was great, and the staff were super understanding and helpful - we really enjoyed our stay here! the climate control in the room worked well, so we were nice and comfortable. Plus, the TV had good channel options. Overall, a pleasant experience 😊.
